IMPORTANT NOTICE | UPDATE ON TRANSCO BUS SERVICE - SEPTEMBER 16, 2025
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Today, Monday, September 15th, we were informed that Autobus Séguin’s three electric buses have been authorized to operate and to pick up students tomorrow, September 16th, 2025
Bus 501
Bus 508
Bus 511
Once again, as a precautionary measure, all Transco buses remain under inspection and are awaiting authorization (see list of buses below).
Therefore, no transportation will be available tomorrow, Tuesday, September 16th, for students who normally use Transco electric buses (see updated list of buses below).
Tomorrow, please make sure to consult your emails and social media for more information.
We kindly ask that parents make the necessary arrangement to transport their children to and from school for this day only.
Please note:
All diesel (non-electric) buses will continue to operate as usual and will transport EMSB students without interruption.
There will likely be increased traffic around the school during drop-off and pick-up times. For safety reasons, we ask for your patience and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and secure process.
We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you in advance for your understanding and support.

General information on the Elementary Education Program
All EMSB schools provide some form of academic support to students such as teacher remediation, study groups or homework help. Below are some of the most common resources available to our students.
Resource Teachers
Support is provided by our resource teachers in both French and English to students who are experiencing learning difficulties in a particular area or who are considered to be at-risk learners. Resource may take place within the classroom setting and/or through pull-out model. Students benefiting from resource support have an I.E.P. (individualized educational plan) prepared for them, in order for students to reach their fullest potential at their own pace.
Online Tutoring and Homework Help
All students and families have access to LEARN (Leading English Education and Resource Network) which provides e-learning resources and academic support, online tutoring and homework help for all grade levels. A username and password is provided by the school to each student.
Homework supervision may be provided to elementary school students enrolled in theB.A.S.E. Daycare Program.
